NASA claims that the government could slow down worldwide global warming by cutting down on soot emissions. Studies by NASA show that cutting down on soot would not only have an immediate cooling effect, but would also put a stop to many of the deaths caused by air pollution. When soot is formed, it typically travels through the air absorbing and releasing solar radiation which in turn begins to warm the atmosphere. Cutting soot emissions would be an immediate help against global warming, as the soot would quickly fall out of the atmosphere and begin to cool it down.
Cutting back on soot emissions would buy us time in our fight against global warming. Soot is caused by the partial burning of fossil fuels, wood and vegetation. Soot is known to contain over forty different cancer causing chemicals, and a complete cut would offer untold health benefits worldwide.
Environmental conservation has always been a topic for lengthy discussions, but up until recent times, global warming and climate changes were vague subjects, with no hard proof. Not surprisingly, the previous lack of attention to these issues have created a very gloomy outlook on our future. So, considering all this, what could be the biggest contributor to climate changes through global warming? Transportation - the man-made iron horses, flying machines and sea monsters, so to speak.
The question we have now is how green is our transportation? The majority of the worlds' vehicles are fueled by oil (petrol, diesel and kerosene). Even if they rely on electricity, the stations used to generate this electricity use fossil fuels for power! Excluding vehicle manufacture, transportation is responsible for 14% of the artificially created greenhouse emissions, mostly carbondioxide.
Automobiles, trains and planes are all responsible for this problem, but cars are the highest impact-makers. They release approximately six times more carbondioxide than a plane and seven times more than sea vessels.

What is Air Pollution?
Air pollution is somewhat difficult to define because many air pollutants, at low concentrations, are essential nutrients for the sustainable development of ecosystems. So, air pollution could be defined as:A state of the atmosphere, which leads to the exposure of human beings and/or ecosystems to such high levels or loads of specific compounds or mixtures thereof, that damage is caused. With very few exceptions, all compounds that are considered air pollutants have both natural as well as human-made origins.
Air pollution is not a new phenomenon; in Medieval times, the burning of coal was forbidden in London while Parliament was in session. Air pollution problems have dramatically increased in intensity as well as scale due to the increase in emissions since the Industrial Revolution.

be informed that i am the owner of this PUJ L300 FB shown in this video.This vehicle is powered with HYUNDAI D4BXL ENGINE AND ALREADY UNDERGONE 7TH OVERHAUL LAST 3 DECEMBER 2011. I AM VERY OBSERVANT AND MITICULOUS FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF MY PASSENGER VEHICLE. THAT'S WHY THE 4TH 5TH AND 6TH OVERHAUL WAS CONDUCTED EVERY 4 MONTHS FOR THE YEAR 2010. BECAUSE IT ALREADY CONSUMED UNREASONABLE AMOUNT OF OIL DUE TO ITS DEFECTIVE LINEAR AND PISTON RING. IT WAS ONLY ON THE 6TH OVERHAUL THAT MY ENGINE HAD REACH 1 YEAR BEFORE THE 7TH OVERHAUL ON 3 DEC 2011.
ON 23 JANUARY I CONDUCTED MY OWN TEST AND EVALUATION USING GTO AND GTF. AND HERETO IS THE 3 DAYS RESULT OF MY TEST: SIGNIFICANCE CHANGES: (1). AFTER ADDING 2 GTO AND 1 GTF TO MY OLD ENGINE OIL THAT WAS ALREADY USE FOR 38 DAYS OR 8,486 KMS, THE ENGINE PERFORMANCE BECOMES SMOOTH. IT SEEMS THAT MY ENGINE HAD UNDERGONE ITS PERIODIC CHANGE OIL EVER 7500 KMS.(2).FUEL CONSUMPTION RATIO: a. 25 JAN 306KMS/37.17LTRS DIESEL=8.23KMS/LTR. (b). 26 JAN 313KMS/37.10LTRS=8.43KMS/LTR. 27 JAN 320KMS/37.21LTRS=8.59KMS/LTR. . . . .THE AVERAGE RATIO ON MY DAILY FUEL CONSUMPTIONS STILL THE SAME RATIO BEFORE USING GTO AND GTF. . .I PERSONALLY MONITORING THE DAILY PERFORMANCE OF MY 2 UNITS L300 FB. THIS MORNING 28 JAN, I SCHEDULED THIS PASSENGER VEHICLE FOR RE TUNE UP WITH OUR COOPERATIVE MECHANIC DUE TO ITS UNNECESSARY SOUND ATTRIBUTED PREFERRABLY BY THE GAUGE CLEARANCE OF THE ROCKER ARM, INJECTION PUMP AND NOZZLE INJECTOR TIPS. . . GOOD DAY. .
To the owner of the PUJ L300; Thank you for doing the initiative to do your personal test and evaluation on the Green Tech Program sir.
I would like to inject here that this product was mainly developed as a Greenhouse Gas Solution. Saving Fuel was never intended.
In your video, you did not took note of the smell of your exhaust gas Before and After the treatment.
The old oil needs to be smelled as well Before and After the treatment.
The smell is a better indicator to tell what condition your engine and oil is in.
You did recognize the immediate benefits of the improvement in performance.
With regards to fuel savings, a delivery van is driven not like a private or passenger van or jeep. The Delivery van is normally subjected to Overloading condition by weight, not by Payload size. The load by weight is a number one factor in determining fuel efficiency. Unless the vehicle is lightened, its power to weight ration is compromised heavily.
Another factor is Driving Habits. They are normally unmonitored, and since this is an LBC delivery van, drivers tend to drive harder and faster. Since they are always trying to beat time.
Now we have 2 conditions present here:
1. A heavy vehicle and...
2. A Driver in a hurry
2 Basic ingredients for consuming more fuel.
Since your engine is rejuvenated with the extra power, the Drivers are more empowered and liberated to drive with more ease accordingly.
In this scenario, We need to monitor also the time savings and the average cruising speed obtained by them.
If we need to be totally transparent about this personal evaluation, then I suggest we make a more complete test protocol that will encompass, downtime savings, LTO Squad Hassle Elimination and Traffic Citation Cost savings and Carbon Emissions Percentage Reduction.
This will all contribute in attaining a Less Guilty conscience - specially if we are really after Saving this planet... Not just our pockets.

I would also suggest for anyone who is new to the GTP, to please get in touch with any OTG Guy available near you. One of the best guys to get in touch with is Bobby and Chuck both in Davao, both driving a Diesel SUV... both DIYers, and have used GTO extensively on many applications, including Transmission, Brake Line and Power Steering systems. They are hands on and The walk the talk per se.
In other words...
GTO can be used in your fuel tank so it will treat the fuel line including the injectors.
However, this is not a miracle oil... it is just a normal oil that can produce relatively speaking - Great results!
The Believer will believe and no amount of proof is needed.
The disbeliever will never believe and no amount of proof will satisfy them.
We never claimed nor promised Heaven and Earth for the GTO user... so please Do not and Never treat this product as a Miracle Oil. It's not and it never was.
There is no magic formula in it.
It's just Fluid Science.
